Karma is basically how much people like you kinda, and they can increase it with exalt and decrease it with smite if you're bad.

You can exalt/smite once an hour. However, if you smite someone, they usually find out.

yea you need to get a starter pokemon from Oak's lab then if you post alot in the RPG then you get PP and can buy more pokemon
