The Dark Pokemon (CLOSED)

OK, this thread is about Ardos re-forming Cipher, and it takes place in Kanto (reason? do you really think when you form a team for the 2nd time, you want to be at the same region?). They just finished "shadowfying" another Lugia, and there will be more legends. So... your character should be at or doing something that involves the Kanto region (and not the pokemon from kanto).


Justin was waiting in the side bar at the airport at his island. He then saw his boat to Kanto was ready to go. He then went through the croud to the front of the ship, enjoying the sea breeze. It's been a long time since Justin felt the sea breeze, with ALL that work to do. *** When they were about halfway to Kanto, when Justin was thinking about what Pokemon he was going to train, Justin saw a storm coming in, then got that same feeling that it was a long time ago. He saw the storm getting fiercer and fiercer, until a a hurricane, no, a water twister pop out of nowhere. People were screaming and Justin saw in that twister were two red eyes staring back He knew who it was. Shadow Lugia.

OOC: I'll join, but should I use my character with powers or make a new one without powers who would fit in better with the pokemon world?

She was running. One of her brothers had left the island, and she was the only one who could do anything about it. She ran until she made it to one of the boats, which then took off away from the island. after awhile of traveling, a dark storm brewed over. Then a tornado appeared near the boat. Monet was scared for her life.

Justin could not believe his eyes. How could Cipher re-form right under our noses? Well, he couldn't waste any time staring. The most he could do is teleport it to somewhere where it can't do harm... "The Whirl Islands..." Justin thought. Lugia suddenly used hyper beam on the ship, he had to do it now! He started grabbing Lugia with his powers, then focusing with all his might on Whirl Islands, released his power and teleported Lugia. He used telepethy to see Lugia. It was thrashing around a little, but is fine. He checked to make sure that everybody was okay. Hethen saw a fluffy brown tail and recognized it. He went over to her and asked "Why are you on board, Monet?"
