Voltage, like all Royal Family Members of his tribe, is able to shift from a human-like and bestial form. This form prohibits any change in physical abilities or power intensity. This form is more of an intimidation tactic than anything else. It is merely an emblem of his royal blood.

Voltage, more often than not, will prefer to negotiate with his claws. While he is good at covert operations, he much prefers the direct approach. He would more likely walk into a trap and deal with it accordingly than take the time to scope out the risks.
Soft:
Deep down, Voltage has a softer side that surfaces every once in a while. This soft side surfaces rarely, as the opportunity for it comes not-so-often. He prefers to hide it, distrustful of himself, let alone anyone else.
Intelligent:
Despite what you would think, Voltage doesn’t adhere to the “strong and stupid” cliché. He actually has a considerable intelligence. He is a great strategist, when he wants to be. He is incredible at covert operations, such as assassination, break-ins (without being detected), and the like.
Proud:
He is very confident in himself, enough to be borderline arrogant. He abhors medical treatment because of this. Unlike most, the harder the fight, the more fun he has. Maybe he should, he is very powerful, both physically and electrically.
Uninterested:
Contrary to what you may believe, Voltage has little interest in the appeals of human culture. While other demons find drugs, parties, consummation, and other such things the food of their lives, Voltage couldn’t care less about them.
History: Voltage was born to be both the pride of the Royal Family and of the Lightning Wolf Tribe altogether. Even from birth, Voltage was to be educated.
From an early age, he was taught strategy and fighting techniques. The training was rigorous and hard. He was starved, both of food and of water, in order to get used to tough situations. He was told to lift objects much heavier than he could lift, in order to maximize muscle growth. These and many other torturous training methods went towards Voltage in an effort to create an awesome warrior…
“No! Wrong! Do it again!”
A blast of fire launched straight towards a male child. However, he disappeared from sight and reappeared behind an old man, claws extended to kill. The man also disappeared, but he, unlike the child, reappeared directly in front of it and slammed down his cane onto the child’s head.
“Ow, Damnit!” he cried.
The old man walked up to the child, composed and uncaring of the damage he did. “Voltage, you must become unpredictable. The key to victory is to do things that contradict the opponent’s foresight. Do you understand?”
Voltage crouched in a respectful manner and nodded.
“Good, then your training is over for today.”
Voltage left while his elder went into another room to be met by a young woman. She addressed him as soon as he closed the door. “So, Burn, do you think he’ll be what I think he will be?”
“Yes, Shock, your son will be an excellent battler. It will take no longer or shorter than any other, but he will be great nonetheless.”
“Excellent. Thank you, old friend.”
Burn chuckled. “It is my pleasure, new Queen.”
And so, decades passed. Voltage grew, as did his abilities and prowess. Respect grew, favoring him. This respect, however, did not merely come from who sired him. This respect came from his reputation on the advanced training grounds.
Finally, his training’s end was coming to an end. His coming-of-age ceremony was nearing. Needless to say, Shock and Burn were very proud. At his birthday, Voltage’s mother awarded him with a small pack of his own which would grow as he did, and Burn officially declared that his training was complete.

Weaknesses: Earth and all types of grounding techniques and/or nonconductive materials are extremely effective against Voltage, for obvious reasons. It also can be argued that purification practices may be effective as well, considering that Voltage never had any real need to adapt to such.

Fighting Style: Voltage fights using a combination of his electrical prowess and physical attacks. Additionally, he is a keen weapons user, and at times he may use such abilities to his favor.

Detailed Description: When Voltage wills it, He can ascend the normal sight abilities and gain the ability to see electricity of all kinds. There are several useful advantages to this, such as being able to understand how certain machinery works by understanding the flow of electricity, and being able to see all nerve impulses, allowing him to see invisible people and/or being able to react to an attack much more quickly by seeing the bio-electrics of his opponents body. When this is activated, electricity arcs inside his eyes, being visible through the pupils.

Detailed Description: This is a high-speed maneuvering technique common to Elemental Beast Tribe elite warriors. Detailed Description: Voltage hits the ground with his fist and unleashes a blast of electrical energy strong enough to shatter fragile objects (i.e. ice, glass, etc).

Detailed Description: This ability is capable of allowing Voltage to encumber his opponents. He charges a small body part (hand, foot, etc) and releases electrical energy into the spinal cord. When this happens, the foreign electricity impedes the natural bio-electricity of the opponent’s body. After this, the nerve’s commands and the muscle’s actions are completely randomized. I.E., if the opponent wishes to move his left leg, his neck muscles twitch. The effects of this attack are random every time and last three posts.

Detailed Description: Using electricity, Voltage creates either a kanebo, a naginata, or a katana, which is the most common. These weapons can only be used by him because Voltage always makes tiny adjustments to the weapon in order to keep it solid enough to use during battle while he holds it.

Detailed Description: A fearsome ability, this increases both Voltage’s offensive and defensive abilities. Voltage charges himself with lightning power, creating an orb around him. When he does, the shield acts like just that, it lowers the power of attacks towards him. In addition, his standard attacks become charged with electricity. He can freely move while this is active, which lasts for three posts.

Name: Mother’s Love
Detailed Description: Voltage summons his mother, Shock, the Queen of the Lightning Wolf Tribe, to aid him in battle. Like her son, she can freely transform from a human-like to a bestial form and vice versa. In her human form, she is twice as fast as her son, and twice as strong. She is also much more adept at swordplay and electronic control.
Unlike her child, Shock is able to freely control the size of her animalistic form. She has been seen to be as small as a normal wolf, or as large as Fenrir himself. It is rumored that when she howls when she is large, she can create a thunderstorm.
