I don't want to be Level 1! [SLE]

The only location I established is it's a field setting, you can put it wherever is most convenient for Ai SLE. He doesn't know where he ended up.

"I'm jacking in!" he cried out, kinda like the guys in the shonen animes he admittedly watched did. It might seem silly when your watching it.. but he realized now when you have the rush and your starting to feel prickles on your body.. it's a really good release. He would never critique the people who made such scenes in anime ever again.

But he didn't have to think about that for a while because he was going to be living kinda real life anime, or at least a video game that closely resembled an anime. Suddenly, without warning, and full of bizzare realism.. he found himself standing in a open field. He could tell everything was different right away. The clinging feeling of the swimsuit he was wearing, the breeze on his body was very noticable because of his very clingy clothes. The wind was brushing back his long blonde hair and he looked down to see his trusty MAX. 100 gun and his knife nestled right beside him.

And so began his life as Chrissy Malenfield! He would make sure the entire Smash Universe knew his name and thought he was a tremendous battler.

He started taking a few of his very new first steps, and he sure felt strange in his bizzare oufit. He laughed out loud at how different and strange if felt to him.. it was totally perfect. He felt like he was in a completely new life and that's the kinda emotional high he was after. He didn't want anything resembling his old life.. this strangely clothed loli was perfect for getting that.

Though he did admit that this outfit might be more impractical then he first thought.. walking around in a swimsuit was an embarrassing feeling!

Well, there was no taking it back so he was going to enjoy it.. he didn't come here to feel all safe and cozy, he came here to battle and to feel an emotional rush. Pulling out his gun, he fired it a few times, feeling the recoil push back his small frame. He had fired a gun once or twice and he didn't remember it being this intense. Staring down at the singe that he made by firing at the ground, he came to the conclusion it was the change in weight that made it so strong. Oh well. Should have realized loli would have trouble with a gun.

Another thing to get used to. Just lovely.

Well, he started running and trying to get the feel for running in his new outfit. He wanted to find someone really soon and you know what.. he didn't want to stay Level 1 for very long at all. When you start a RPG, you don't just sit around once all the intro stuff is done.. you get out there and start level grinding! And so the first person he would find that didn't seem like a normal NPC he would challenge to a Brawl! A perfect plan.

Wandering around to almost nowhere. This happened a lot, didn't it? Anyway, she wasn't really anywhere. Most of where she ended up led up to some trouble. Although, she hoped this didn't happen this time. Even to the point where she didn't want to meet up with Gavin or Nouri again, it seemed like they were everywhere important nowadays.

She noticed a child running in the field. Her tiny figure in a swimming suit of sorts, with some sort of odd outfit with it. She noticed her shoot 3 bullets into the air. She hoped the little one was just having fun, but it was scary, almost nerve wrecking to have someone like that alone with a gun. Well, that didn't stop her. If anything, she could try to talk some sense into her or something. This would be her best attempt. "Little girl! Hey!" Let's just hope nothing bad happens. Little girl, loaded gun, alone in the field just spelt out trouble. Unfortunately, Ai wasn't noticing this as much as just a loli in the field.

The first encounter! This was something that every gamer would remember as the beginning of the game. Even when she was level 30 and kicking the hard monsters and players butt, she would remember that this was her first encounter in the game. Trying to contain her excitement at this, she ran up to the white garbed woman and put away here gun. She didn't want to seem so threatening to the girl right away.

When she got closer to the older girl, she smiled at her. Wow.. she was cute, very cute! Nothing wrong with battling someone cute, because in the hardcore anime you learn that the most adorable character can sometimes be the strongest. Her appearance was pretty and flashy, and Ivan (or Chrissy in this world) was sure that this wasn't any normal NPC. Maybe this was even a player character!

"Hey there!" he smiled happily, obviously full of enthusiasm. "It's so so nice to meet you! My name is Chrissy and I'm new here! Do you wanna play?" she said, motioning a bit to the gun. Yeah, yeah.. it wasn't the best way to meet someone, instantly asking her if she wanted to fight.. but that's all that was really on her mind. "We can pinky-promise not to let it go too far if you wanna." she said, holding her hand which was clutched except for her pinky (which was pointing straight up) right up to her face and winking a little. At first, it felt really strange to hear her squeaky voice.. but he realized it was just something that was apart of his life now and it was best to try to become accustomed to it.

Ai wondered. (Want to play?) (Not to go too far?) Odd choice of words for a kiddie like this. She sounded like some sort of sadistic murderer. Kinda freaky if you ask me. Well, not wanting to be rude, she guessed it was just a game of tag or something. Kids liked that kind of stuff, right? It happened all the time, she guessed it could happen now. Besides, maybe she was wrong about the gun. Maybe she stole it from someone else, and small guns like that usually hold held 6 bullets. Three bullets down, and probably at least one bullet shot beforehand. She guessed you wouldn't just waste the bullets like that, maybe she was just emptying the gun.

"Sure, I'll play with you, little girl" Unfortunately for her, she had no idea that the little one motioned to her gun. She had no idea what was in store. "By the way, my name is Ai"

Oh yay! Chrissy literally jumped in the air with laughter. "Thankies, thankies so much. So.. I'm going to walk backy-wards and I'll count to ten.. and then we'll play okay? Yay for gaming!" he giggled and and started walking backwards. He started getting butterflies in his tummy.. he was touching the Max.100 and breathing deeply.. playing a video game and watching an anime didn't really prepare you for what it felt like knowing that in a few minutes someone was going to try and beat you up. Especially being such a tiny little girl, he wondered a bit why he chose this kinda character. Confidence, blast you getting the best of me. Should have picked someone with a better physique or something.

All while thinking these things though, he was counting outloud. Two. Three. Four. Five.. he started putting together how he would start the battle. Six. Seven. So many different things she could do.. but what was the best way to scare this flashy girl at first? I mean.. even if she was really cute and that made him not want to hurt her, surely the pretty thing felt the same way about Chrissy. That made them even on that end, even if Ai didn't realize it. Suddenly, after saying Eight she had it. She activated her Stealth Vest (5-2=3 WEP) and turned herself invisible. But at the exact same time, she had a non-soild Mimic clone (5-5=0 MAG) take her place in the slowly walking while Chrissy walked in the other direction. Nine. Ten!

While the clone Chrissy stood still and didn't even make a movement after staying still.. the invisible Chrissy pulled out her gun and aiming it at the girl, she took a milliseconds of fear and then nervously pulled the trigger, taking her real life first shot at person (3-3=0 WEP). With her not even knowing where it came from (hopefully).. maybe she would get hit by this very painful sting of a bullet.

It all happened in a matter of seconds. Only 10 seconds to be exact. The little girl didn’t even introduce herself. She must have been too excited. All that happened was the little one turning around and starting at one. She never knew that you were supposed to count before playing tag. She realized she never figured out what the girl was talking about. What game were they playing? Oh no, should she have hidden? Ai thought she saw something around eight, but dismissed the fact. Maybe she was sneaking a peak. Ai did that all the time when she played.

Just then, the girl yelled “Ten!” So Ai started to panic. It’d be silly if this little one could catch her like that. It’d just be plain embarrassing, especially after her training off the top of a mountain. But that was the least of her worries. Out of seemingly nowhere, a shot was heard. The tiny sonic boom reached Ai’s ears faster than anything else. Was this a surprise attack?? She’s gotta get the girl to safety! As she started for her, it hit. A sharp pain crept into her forearm. She thought for sure she was hit. Without a moment’s notice, she grasped for her neck and pulled out the Ruhige Taube(2-1=1 Wep).

Without a second thought, she shot 20 mid sized arrows (11-2=9 Mag) at the direction of the shot. They weren't that strong, or even big. But they were like bugs, they could get annoying. Quickly activating her Hirenkyaku(9-1=8 Mag), she sped her way toward the little one. Why was she just standing there? We were being ambushed! She thrust herself toward the girl. When she reached her, she tried to pull on her arm. To her surprise, she wasn’t even actually solid. Ai was right about this being a sneak attack. She just didn’t realize this was going to be from the little girl. So much for playing tag.

OOC Note:I was rounding, because 40 small weak arrows would seem unfair, since I'd still have 10 magic XD

Ivan jumped up as she fired her arrows, going 12 ft in the air. (5-4=1 PHY) How.. how much fun this was! She couldn't believe the feeling of almost anti-gravity level jumps. She hung in the air for a bit because of this and it just felt so magical.This SHOULD dodge all the arrow easily since they were fired at the sound and not in the air. Though, when Ai jumped over and tried to defend her.. she got a bit confused. Weren't they brawling? Maybe she was trying to grab her or something instead of save her and it just looked differently.

If so then how awesome she totally fell for it. Thinking it might work again.. when she landed she made another Mimic Clone (5-5=0 MAG) and had it run in the other direction as if it was running. Worrying that she was taking too much leaves out of Naruto's book.. she groaned a bit. Oh well, what worked worked.. and his clones were Shadow Clones and were really solid. Chrissy's clones weren't solid and didn't use them for massive amounts of ramming into an enemy like some common brute. So that was the different.

She ran in the opposite direction and waited to see what would happen. She was headed herself for a very tall and thick tree. It would be fun to climb in and hide up there.. and what was more child fun then climbing a tree?

Ai noticed Ivan appear again. She wouldn't fall for the same trick twice. She zigzagged back and forth running in the opposite direction, with her Hirenyaku activated. Harder to hit a moving target, right? Anyway, running was probably the best strategy now. But that wouldn't be the only way out. So, she took off into the skies(11-1=10). And just to be clear she couldn't dodge, she shot 100 arrows over the frame of 10 seconds as she tried to flee, in a widespread area. With her distraction set, she started to dash away. Although, she noticed something odd. She checked her arm, it didn't hurt as much anymore. But something was amiss. Shouldn't there have been a wound there?

Argh.. he already was a little annoyed at this girl's fighting style. The only question was.. how did she her when she was still invisible by the Stealth Vest? This woman must have some great fighting instincts. Her Mimic Clone failing her, as she fired the arrows once again she realized that the method of delivery this time wasn't going to do her any favors. However, she was running to a tree.. as she said and as she ran behind the tree, she was able to avoid most of hte bulk damage. Some of the spiritual arrows did manage to hit her though before she was able to and she screamed a bit as the stinging pain was obvious in her shoulder.

He slunk down behind the tree and clutched it.. it wasn't that horrible or unbearable.. he had just never felt a pain like it before. His life, however boring and routine was pretty much sheltered for the most part. Being a nerd.. he found himself often or not just sitting around watching anime or playing his games, dreaming of a better life but not really having the idea of living one. Up till now, he was able to distance himself from even himself but the pain made everything all too real. This tiny, frail body was his. This pain was his.. this new life was his and this, even if it was a game was a real fight.

And it was pretty overwhelming.. he held onto himself hard and felt himself start to cry.. no not just cry, he started to wail like the little girl he was presenting himself as. It wasn't as if it was really painful, it wasn't as if he was upset at his situation.. he just never realized how different his life had suddenly become and even if it was a good thing he still felt so vulnerable and fresh. He started rubbing his eyes fast, not wanting the woman to see him crying or anything.. if she was sticking around.

A bit nervous she had heard him wail and was coming over to check on her, he took a peek from behind the tree.

Ai heard the ear piercing yelp. It was pretty loud if you asked her. Although, that meant two things. One, one of her arrows might have hit their mark. And two, she was hurt badly by her small arrows. Did Ai overpower them when charging? No, otherwise they would've taken much more energy, and there would be a whole lot less. She was worried, what if the girl was actually hurt? She glanced back just in time to notice the other one looking over the tree. She looked nervous, maybe even fearful. Were her dreams crushed when she was hit? Was she expecting a perfect victory?

Maybe her woundless arm meant she really was Ai felt bad for her, being ever so gullible. She hoped her regrets were correct within that glance. Maybe she was just playing around. "Are you alright over there?" She kept herself ready, as she crept along toward her. She wouldn't get tricked twice in one hour.

[Angel]

"Umm.. yeah. I guess I wasn't really.. ready for all of this.." she said, looking up at the woman with a smile and wiping her nose on her bare sleeve. She shakily stood up and took a better look at her.. gosh she was really tall in comparison! Their brawl was short, and he kinda wanted to keep it going.. but this seemed like the right time to introduce themselves and maybe try to make friends. Just a short intermission then they could get back to playing the game. She obviously was a kind person, he noticed.. which only added to her cuteness.

"My name is Chrissy, by the way. Chrissy Halenfield. I guess I'm just trying to get stronger.. so I can survive and stuff. I don't wanna go." Yeah, he thought.. that about summed it up. If he died too early he would get jacked out and that wasn't any fun at all. He wanted to stay here as long as he possibly could and that meant getting stronger. "Are you okay?" she asked, wondering about when she shot her the first time. "I hope it still doesn't hurt.." she didn't really know how the damage around here was done. Was it like Brawl, did this woman now have 20% damage or something? Or did it get healed over time.. or did people fight more like they would in real life? He realized that he didn't really read over the instruction manual (if there was one, he never asked) before starting to play the game. He wanted to facepalm right there, I mean.. who read the instructions? Life didn't come with them.

Ai was relieved. She actually ended that without much battling. But this situation was a bit stranger now. Was she new to this world? Ai guessed herself, she hadn't really given it much thought. Ai pretty much learned the basics of the world herself. There wasn't much teaching. Maybe she didn't know about the battles, and only now she decided to start fighting, but she had to kill before being killed. Or maybe she was just another yandere? Hopefully the first one or something...

Oh, right, her wound. She needed to ask about that. "Oh, right, my arm." She was thinking about that. "Did you fire the first bullet? I could've sworn it hit me directly." Pretty strange though. Maybe she just had a depth perception problem. Perhaps it even missed and she didn't notice.

[Angel]

"This is my weapon.." Ivan stood up straight and pulled her gun back out of it's holster. It seemed to be kinda slung around her neck, under the vest and as carried around her hips are. She was kinda glad that this woman wasn't make a big deal out of how she looked, she knew she looked like a bizarre little girl.

"Yeah.. I shot you with this. It don't kill people, all it does it hurt. You can look at if you wanna.." he shrugged, he figured most guns and things like that were common place in this kinda battle world. Why was it so fascinating and strange? Oh well.. it was kinda cool feeling knowing someone was interested in you in some little way that wasn't really negative. Though was it? He through briefly about not trusting this woman with his only means of defense.. but she was sure that such a cutey wouldn't steal from him. Even if she was fighting capable. She had come to check on the little girl crying afterall..

Ai examined her elbow. It was still unharmed. She could feel slight pain still there though. Although it was much better than before. Maybe that was just the thought of it. The thought of getting shot, rather than the shot itself. She grabbed the gun that Cissy was handing to her. It was a regular gun. So, she decided to try it out.

Aiming at a nearby tree, "Like I said, my name is Ai." And fired. "Ai Yanaihara" A bullet erupted from the gun, as always. But the abnormality arose when the bullet hit it's mark. Nothing really happened. Ironic that that was the problem. The bullet disappeared, the tree didn't break, nothing happened at all. If anything, Ai could see a bit of a singe on the tree where the tree was hit. Strange though. Was this gun enchanted or something? She gave it no second thought, and handed the bizarre weapon back to Cissy. Seems like she knew what she was doing with this "little game" of hers. Then it made her wonder. Was Ai not fighting correctly then? With this, it's like peaceful fighting, rather than full throttle killing. It really made her think.

He smiled, and when Miss. Ai Yanaihara didn't say anything that alluded to the fact that she thought the gun was strange, he didn't think she thought it was and simply put it back on it's holster. Fun times, fun times. Looking at his new friend he put his hand out. "Then let's be friends, it's not often we get to play around with each other and stuff. So where are you from? Are you really like this" pointing at her body, embarssingly asking if she was really a girl in real life, but Ai wouldn't know that and he wouldn't know this was in fact her real form.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" he asked, this time a little shyly. Sure, it lost alot of it's embarrassment not being a physical male asking this question but his natural shyness wasn't thinking of this. She was very pretty. Suddenly a bit too flustered by the last question, he pulled out a bit of her randomness that she decided Chrissy had to try to lower the mood. However, lame that he was nothing popped in his head but fail. "Or a animalfriend? I mean.. some frog people are really nice and charming and stuff and when you kiss them sometimes they turn into people's. Or sometimes they just ribbit and you have slime on your lips. Slime isn't all bad though."
