[Armani] [lakeshore] The lake was still, save for a few ripples from fish surfacing. But all at once it became silent. No birds, no bugs, not a sound. A lone man, dressed in black and purple robes, walked along the shore. Armani was wondering how he had survived such a fatal blow.
[above a castle tower]
Armani had been blown way back from Gavin`s last hit, and he could barely breathe. What does this guy have that I don`t, He thought, he should be dead by now.
Armani: "GIVE UP!! You`ll never win! I am INVINCIBLE"
OOC: (For those of you who are retarded and don`t read apps, Armani is no longer invincible.)

But Gavin did not give up. He charged power into his swords for a final attack.
Gavin: "You lose"
His swords were at twice their maxinum charge.
Gavin: "SHADOW..............
Armani: "Hmph"
Gavin: "BREAK!!!"
Gavin fired a beam of pure black energy. The beam hit Armani, severely damaging him. It also opened up a rift in space, into which Armani fell. Then at once, the rift closed.
Armani: "I HAD him. I was SO CLOSE. Gavin will pay." He kept on walking, lost in thought. |

Slowly, one drop at a time, water dripped down from the ceiling of a cavern. Each drop fell dozens of feet into a small river below, echoing throughout the massive grotto.
Blip… blip… blip…
Each drop took minutes to travel down the limestone stalactite to ultimately meet its friends down below. This continued for hours, then, finally, the droplets ceased, and all were in the river.
The channel rushed, crashed, and ran through many miles of land, all underground. Eventually the river broke out to see the light of day, and still dashed for countless miles.
The view of a peaceful lake was slowly coming into sight. The sky was a tranquil blue, with a mere few fluffy white clouds floating merrily. The stream met the lake, depositing its contents.
At the bottom, a form became known. Out of the very water, a human shape appeared from nowhere. After he was fully-formed, he swam to the surface, not worrying about air. He waded into shallower waters until he finally landed on the shore. There, he sat down and relaxed.

Armani eventually got to the point where he couldn`t think straight. He needed to blow off steam. He needed to rematch Gavin. He would hunt Gavin down, and make him pay. But first, to get out of this dimension he was sent to.
Armani realized he was not alone, for there was a`figure in the lake, swimming as if it needed no air. Hmmmm, amphibious people, he thought, it will be easy manipulating them to find out how I can get back to my world. But, he was so mad he still couldn`t think straight. so, for this one, he had a better idea. perhaps fighting someone will reduce my anger, he thought.
So he walked up to the person, who had just laid back onto the ground, relaxing.

Not two seconds after he laid down, he sensed another presence. He looked around to see a tall male striding towards him, with violence in his eyes. The supposed amphibious boy did a small wave with his hand.

Armani blinked.
Was I just waved off?
Armani: "You!"
Armani then materialized his longswords. Then he put the tip of one in the boys face.
Armani: "Will fight me."

The juvenile blinked. All he was doing was greeting the swordsman, yet instead he got challenged to fight. He closed his eyes, not fearing the blades, and listened to the lake. The wind blew, making small ripples. They traveled from the center to the shores, making gentle, relaxing sloshing sounds. The child did not really want to fight, for he was increasingly entering a trance-like state via respite. He reopened his eyes, and waited for the man to strike.

He waited. And waited.And waited.................
Apparently the boy wasn`t going to attack first, or attack at all, Armani decided. If he wouldn`t fight, then he would die. Armani lunged straight for the boys heart. It peirced him......... but he didn`t even flinch. No doubling over. No blood, either. Armani only stared in surprise, then withdrew is blade. The hole filled up almost immediately, as if it was water.
Armani: "What is this?"
He thought, and figured if this guy can regenerate, maybe Armani can disrupt it with thunder magic. So he snapped his finger and his swords disappeared. He then waved again and his scythe materialized, charged with thunder.
Armani: "Your move"

[Half an hour later]
Both were panting from the battle.
Armani: "Hmmmm........... you fight well."
Andx with that, he walked off. But then he noticed a man in blue running through the forest.
Armani: "No...."
Was it?
Armani: "It couldn`t be....."
It was. The man he saw was none other than Gavin, Armani`s enemy.
Armani: "You will pay, Gavin."
