The babies have spoken so go back to your energy bank and stupid crap. i'm done. I tried to help you all fix this failing RPG but i should have realized that you people were too ignorant and it was too far gone to be saved.

My characters will be removed from the RPG completely...though i suppose you will need to re-do the template now so you can have your "perfection on a bun" energy bank crap. Event matches was my idea and i DO NOT want you to do it now, since apparently i know nothing of RP or good ideas.

and no angel i'm not "just quitting" i'm doing what i should have done a long time ago. This site is NOT what it used to be anymore...this site has become something i almost HATE now...and i realize i have only myself to blame for portions of it. I see me only being a sage, if that, in my future If nothing changes.....because it's not like my opinions or anything matter anymore. You all can sit here and tell me that they do but it's a load of crap. so you all win. i'm done. You can have this RP... you can have this site. This isn't my home anymore....it's just a memory of greatness.


Unless you all have blatant problems with this i will be leaving the RPG staff as of tomorrow and putting in SLE since he is doing so much work on the pokemon. Bawb too if he would like it. Is that ok to do? Since i have to run everything by the overlords now? Can i do that or is that stupid and too much like everything else i try to do anymore??

If your truely giving up, then I have a few things to say to you..

Those babies are your members. As an admin and/or staff, not as a person your supposed to be working for what the site is wanting and what will make the site happy. When you came into the RP Staff you saw what would make you happy and you started trying to make the RP reflect that. Ghost, normally the way you see things is a great thing. We all do it as RP Staff, we all try to make the RP exactly how we think it will be fun and I was totally willing to give it a chance.

But the members didn't like it, obviously. They believe roleplaying shouldn't come with levels and grinding. Not everyones like a RPG game, though I can't begin to fathom why. I'm really sorry, it sucks super major to feel like they want us to work even more. I'm glad that SLE is going to be brought in, and I hope Bawb will take the position because need some new people in here to build back moral. I know we are all losing it greatly, I know that we all have been waiting for so long for %RP5 to start and it seems like it never will. But it never will unless we make the changes that people want, push it out, and deal with it. Instead of worrying about planning every tiny little thing, let's just give us a story, give us a character system and start moving. I still think we can get this out by the end of Jan.

I know that it's dissapointing that otherwise they seem to have discared your efforts.. and I appreciate how much effort you did put in, but it's not a reflection on you, it's not a reflection on how you are an admin. If anything you were a good admin that was seriously trying his best, but your the one that told me that you can't make everyone happy. It's just in this case you made more people unhappy than happy. It happens even with the best of intentions, something you taught me as well. You can say you hate this site and it's not your home, but your home is supposed to be where your friends are. Where the heart is.

Despite the drama, despite the way things have been going lately.. that hasn't changed. We are still here. The only things that has really changed is how you preceive the way people act around you and that's because you've been acting different lately. I trust you even still, as much as Angel is capable of trusting someone and when you say something we do all listen. I know before you could post on the site "this is happening, deal with it." and people listened. I know in the past you could just pull out the Umbridge profile and jump in and make something happen without even a word of question.. and I can see how that is effective and how you could enjoy the feeling of respect and admiration it gave you.

But in the end, the site is going to want what the site wants and no amount of big boom Ghost demands are going to change that at least 7 of our RP'ers seem to want something we aren't giving them. We as staff have to make the RP the way everyone is asking for it and if those people are asking for less stats more simplicity, then even if we end up having to make the RP something ourselves don't like.. we need to make the RP the way the majority will enjoy it. Again, this whole mess is really our fault. We assumed that since we wanted it this way, everyone else would want it is way but it seems like everyone outside the RP Staff hates it. It's a shame, and maybe we should have let people look at the system before putting all our eggs in one basket.

I will continue to fight for the way I feel the RP should be which is orderly, a system that promotes fairness and lack of godmod but also allows you to feel like your in a story, and a limitation on a few things even if limits seem like just a bad thing. Because I do think it's going to be fun that way.. but I know when the people have outspoken me and will take it gracefully and just walk away as a friend.

And if you can't do any of that then it is best that you leave RPG Staff. Even if as a friend I thought you had some good ideas and I wanted you to take part in the fun.
