Appearance: He is physically a splitting image of Link. He has gray skin and hair, and wears a black tunic with black boots and gloves. The only real color that comes from Dark Link are his eerie red irises.
Personality: Dark Link is a incomplete being forged from the negative emotions and darker desires of the Hero of Time, and as such, is not the nicest person in the world. However, this does not mean that he is an "evil" Link, it simply makes him more of a "bad boy" than his other half. He is arrogant, cocky, and being made of pent up desires, quick to act on his whims.
Sadly, emotions like joy and love do not exist for Dark Link, despite the fact that most of his actions are in an attempt to stimulate those emotions. And that lack of feeling is what fuels his desire to destroy and merge with his counterpart, so he can finally become whole.
Yet his desire to kill the Hero of Time is oddly coupled with the fact that he has come to terms with the fact he realized he is a part of Link, and therefore a hero. He will often help people with even the most trivial things, although he is often left wondering why he has the desire to help in the first place. He even engages in some forms of chivalry and in combat he will try to avoid killing his opponent, unless that opponent is Link of course...
History: Dark Link has always been a major thorn in Link's side, appearing many times and through many different circumstances. He was created by Ganondorf's magic in an underwater temple built by the Zoras. He immediatly attacked Link, and was defeated, and apparantly destroyed.
However, Dark Link not only survived their first encounter, but continued to attack the hero at every turn. Only time will tell if this being of shadows shall ever be vanquished, or maybe, accomplish his own goals.

A. Overview

Current Stats: You begin with 15 points to distrubite amongst your stats. When an ability uses a stat, the point is lost until the end of the post, but it is restored in the next post. Any unused points at the end of a post are discarded.

Strengths: He is very tactful, quickly able to analyse a situation and act accordingly. And due to his ability to handle a wide variety of weaponry, he is able to fight in close, medium, and long ranges. And finally, he is very fast and nimble, allowing him to evade his enemies as well as catch them off guard.
Weaknesses: Like the Hero of Time, Dark Link has very few weaknesses. He isn't very good at hand to hand combat and doesn't have very many special abilities, that's about it.
Combatant Type: He has a wide range of combat styles.
Fighting Style: He can either fight up close and personal, attacking with useless strikes of his sword and hammer, or fight ranged with his bow, boomerang, and even his hookshot. Break also possesses a small bank of spells.

Detailed Description: Dark Link can form any of the items the Hero of Time used from pure darkness. While they are just as real and even sturdier than there counter parts, he cannot recreate any magical power they may of had. Also, the weapons dissapate if anyone beside Dark Link attempts to use them.
Stat's Required to Use: To create a sword, shield, hammer, bomb, bombchu, or bow. 3 MAG
To create a hookshot 2 MAG
And 1 MAG to create a boomerang or an arrow.
D. Attacks
Attack Template
Name: Din's Fire
Detailed Description: Dark Link can either create a wave of flame that spreads around his entire body, knocking back and engulfing anything within 10 feet of him in flames. Or he can create a fire ball that can travel 15 feet before dissipating. And if he already has his sword created, he can set it's blade ablaze.
Stat's Required to Use: 4 MAG and if he chooses to maintain the flame on his blade, he must again pay the 4 MAG his next post.
Name: Naryu's Love
Detailed Description: Dark Link creates a spindle shaped shield of blue energy around himself. It is almost indestructable by physical or magical means. It can also be used offensively by ramming into opponents.
Stat's Required to Use: 4 MAG and if he chooses to keep the barrier, must pay 4 MAG his next post
Name: Farore's Wind
Detailed Description: Dark Link is engulfed in a gust of wind that allowing him to travel anywhere within a 25 foot radius of his original position almost instantly.

Final Smash
Name: Sword Beam
Detailed Description:Dark Link gathers energy into the tip of his sword, and then fires a bolt of energy powerfull enough to scorch it's way through a brick wall.
