Personality: Isaac is rude, cynical, broken shell of a man. He simply scoffs at any offer of kindness or friendship, mocks people who have hopes and dreams, and seems to lead a path of misery and destruction where ever he goes. On the surface, he seems to be a typical self serving jerk who is on no ones' side but his own. However, there is a (albeit twisted) spark of kindness in his actions. He truly wants to make friends, finding himself relating better with children than anyone (due to the fact he lost most of his childhood) and becomes flustered around girls he considers cute. And he honestly believes that he is helping people by "teaching" them his own philosophy that abandoning one's "frivolous" hopes and dreams and accepting that life is simply all about despair is the only way of ever finding even a tiny shred of "true" happiness.
History: Isaac used to be a fair skinned, blonde headed son of a royal knight. He lived happily in the castle of his father’s lord, along with his father, Joseph, mother, Fiona, elder brother, Sirus, and younger sister, Abbey. However, on the eve of his seventh birthday, the year in which he would finally be able to become a Page, the first step needed to become a Knight, a tragedy struck.
He awoke in the middle of the night to the sound of his father’s shouting. Before he could even collect his wits, Sirus barged into his room, practically dragging Abbey and the four year old son, Adrian behind him. “Let’s go!” Sirus yelled, throwing the boy over his shoulder. “What’s going on?” the young Isaac asked. “We’re under attack” his brother replied. Apparently, another nation managed to sneak a small siege army, consisting of mainly mages and savage creatures like beastmen, up to the castle walls under the cover of night. Sirius took the three children to a secrete chamber hidden even bellow the dungeon. Isaac, even in his state of shock, was in awe of the ‘Room of Forbidden Treasures’ that was thought to be a myth.
However the enemy army found that room soon enough, and as they were ramming at the stone doors, the four braced themselves for the end. However, Isaac felt as something was calling him and as he turned, he realized what it was. In the center of the room, on a pedestal, laid an item he thought was merely legend, The Black Grimoire. He rushed over to the book and opened it, and as he did he was engulfed in pages, hearing hundreds of voices chanting, “Kill, kill them all, that’s the only way to save your family.” When he came to he was standing in the midst of at least 500 dead, burning corpses. He looked down in shock, as he noticed he was taller, darker, and holding an odd weapon. Then he fell to his knees in pain as red glowing letters formed on his body, and he found himself felling and thinking what every one went through before they died. And as the memory of him killing everyone, even the Lord’s son and his own siblings returned to him, the voices in his mind told him what the book was. It was a coursed object that destroyed and replaced the body of whoever opened it, and then uses them as a harbinger of despair, which records the thoughts and feelings of those who the grimoire wronged. And then once the host’s life is used up, they revert to the grimoire and become a trapped soul. Feeling bitter and betrayed he began his journey, which was to simply live, with no hopes, dreams or aspirations, just to live.

Strengths: Isaac is very strong and agile, and due to his father’s tutelage, is very clever and a great tactician. He, being a being of darkness, is unaffected by dark magic. Yet, one of his greatest strengths comes from the souls and minds within him, which grants him the ability to see through any illusion and makes him immune to mind altering enchantments or psychic abilities.
Weaknesses: Despite having the minds and souls of hundreds of sorcerers and alchemist within him, Isaac himself is pretty bad at using magic, being able to use only a few lightning or dark themed spell. Yet, his greatest, and pretty inconvenient weakness comes from the fact that he is technically still a book. While he reacts to natural fire or water the same way any human wood, magical or otherwise enchanted flames or water will affect him the same way it would paper. While light magic can actually destroy the souls and energy within him.

Detailed Description: Isaac has trained himself to take notice of small body signals and use them to predict how the opponent is about to move. And then using his lightning fast reflexes to easily counter. This ability, when paired with his Tactical Analasis, grants him an abitlity similar to that of a precogs.
