How to join, what to do
1. Make a government file ID for your character at the beginning of your first post. There are four groups, Secret Society, Government, Civilians and Rebels. The Secret Society is a group that no one knows of except themselves and the Government. They give the Government problems and threats to deal with unless certain circumstances are met. A "Terrorist" group in the eyes of the Government.
The Goverment controls everything except the Rebels and the Secret Society. The Civilians may become tired of the Government and become rebels. The Government does not let out serious issues that everyone should know, they think it will cause rebellion and panic.
The Rebels attack the Government and disobey it all the time. They may even kill innocent people for no apparent reason. Some of the Rebels know of the Secret Society and try to take it down, normally, they fail.
The Civilians are told what to do by the Government. If they become annoyed by it, they can switch to Rebels. They cannot join the Secret Society, as they do not know of it.
2. The Government can only control what the characters have to do, not physical movement. Things like taxes and warnings are given to the Civilians to protect them, but also many secrets are kept hidden away from them. The Government may plan an attack to make Civilians panic and blame it on terrorists for money and trust. The Rebels see through this and may try to persuade the Civilians into joining them, or just flat out kill the Civilians if they have too much trust in the Government.
3. The only way to be in the Secret Society is to be in it beforehand when making your character. Only 5 people may be in the Secret Society. You cannot join the S. Society after you have become a Rebel, Civilian, or Goverment.
4. Alliances may be made between each group for a short time before something happens. Or the groups can be in alliance for a long time to plan something on one of the other groups. Such as the Government pleading the S. Society to kill multiple Civilians so the Government can gain money and trust. But the S. Society may decline because they might feel they would be exposed.
5. You must ask to kill someone actually roleplaying, you can kill any NPCs or innocent civilians not being played.
6. This is meant to be reality, so no magic or spells or incredible skills like mind reading and such. And a bullet will hurt you, alot.
7. If you have issues with this RP because you think the S. Society is actually real and this could all happen, go talk to me or a mod and explain the problem. Or if you think the Government is corrupt for real and such... blah blah blah.
8. You cannot just go: "I bombed you. lol" You have to make a plan with the people in the group by meeting at a special place, i.e: The conference or meeting room for the government, an underground bar or cave for the S. Society and the Rebels etc...
9. LIMITS:
5 S. Society members.
10 Rebels
7 Government
Unlimited Civilians.
10. Someone may resign from a position, so if someone resigns from Government, a vote between a few Civilians will take place to see who gets the seat. If a Rebel dies, a Civilian can always go into that spot. If a S. Society member dies, then you will have to make a new character to fill that spot.

Likes to smoke. Has a black t-shirt with a Battle Dress Uniform over it, unbuttoned for ease of getting to grenade belt, Splitter camo colored, made of bullet proof material. Black fingerless gloves, go slightly past his wrists. Wearing black, seemingly jeans but made of bullet proof material. Has black tactical boots.
Probable weaponary...................... Tactical knife, Desert Eagle pistol, grenades, dual-uzi's.

"They shouldn't be able to recognize me..." Cruix was wearing sunglasses and a scarf around his neck. The waitress came by to take his order. "What would you like to drink sir?" she asked in a nice, welcoming tone. "Just water for now. Iced," she walked off to the front after taking his order. Cruix saw a couple pointing at him and talking. He couldn't make out the words, but he heard "Isn't that..... Yeah..... Security?...... Kill," he shrugged it off then heard the intercom come on.
"We are entering DC in about 10 minutes. Enjoy your flight!" click.
Cruix smiled under his scarf.
"Almost there," he whispered to himself. He noticed the couple still talking about him. He could've taken them and the entire plane out right now. But he didn't want to risk it. He was going to DC for a reason. To kill the president, he didn't need any distractions.
"We are landing in DC, we hope you enjoyed your flight on American Reserve Airlines! Have a great day"
He will, along with all the other hidden members of the Secret Society.
