What moments in the MGS saga have made you go WTF and question the epicness of every other game out there?
My moment was in MGS4 when you could finally pilot REX and fight RAY in a mech on mech battle. In my opinion it was really well done and animated for what it was worth.

^^ you mean The Boss? I think my most memorable moment was in MGS3 when i had to escape grazni grad with nothing but a fork, that or the part in MGS4 when raiden tells vamp he dosent fear death....and of course Big Bosses death |

I think my most memorable moment was in MGS3 when i had to escape grazni grad with nothing but a fork, that or the part in MGS4 when raiden tells vamp he dosent fear death....and of course Big Bosses death you got to love it when in every MGS game there is a jail that you can break out of and defend yourself naked with a fork and your fists |

MGS2: When Raiden sniped on Vamp
MGS3: Everything
MGS4: When Raiden stopped Outer Heaven from crushing Snake..That was hot

I had another moment recently, although I wasn't the one playing. My friend got the "Big Boss Emblem" and I watched the final act in his playthrough. WHen he finished I was like OMG you did it!
He stood up and walked out of the room x3

I only played the first MGS. That time I was still... around 12 I think. There were some occasions where I went "WTF?!"
1. Meryl's frequency is at the back of CD case. (Took me hours to realize)
2. The need to use 2p controller to beat a boss.
3. Having to backtrack for miles just to pick a rifle
That's all I can remember.

Most memorable moments:
1. Snake? Snake!? SNAKE!!!!!!!!!! -doot-doo doo-doo-doo doot doot doo!-
2. Psycho Mantis
3. The Fear
4. The arrow that I kept as a souvenir of the battle with The Fear
(not really an event, I was actually shot in the sternum from directly in front of me, so the arrow was lodged into my chest from a 90 degree angle to the rest of my body dead center. I never healed it, so when the wound closed it was still there. It made the cut-scenes a little more interesting.)
5. Raiden's appearance
(I told everyone to not talk about MGS2 until I played it so the ... surprise ... was still there when I didn't get to play as Snake.)
6. Raiden's non-appearance in MGS3
("okay, you can take the mask off now")
7. The battle with Ocelot in MGS3
(it was unusually fun for me. Don't know why)
