Kicking it old school:

Sonic Boom

Gameplay: Harkening back to the days of Sonic Adventure (With a hint of old school platforming in there too) Every character has a different gameplay hook.

Characters: Unknown amount, but thinking of: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Eggman, Rouge, and possibly Metal Sonic.

Modes: Story Mode, Co-Op, Versus (Either a race or a fight. Haven't decided. Event Mode with 75 events.

Stages: At least 30. Most characters have their own stages unless people's storylines cross over.

Story: Dr. Eggman's ultimate creation, Metal Sonic, has betrayed the scientist once again to rule the world on it's own. For some reason, he begins by once again kidnapping Amy Rose. Dr. Eggman, not knowing this, has enacted another one of his crazy schemes. Will this be the final battle for Sonic and his friends? Prepare to witness a battle of Epic Proportions!

Music: Remixes of old school soundtracks and even some new ones.

Character Gameplay: Sonic does it with his tried and true speed-on-ahead gameplay. Tails has gameplay based around finding computers in Eggman's bases and hacking into them with a fun little mini-game. Outside the hacking, he plays just like he did in Sonic Adventure. Knuckles plays much like he did in Sonic Next, but with a greater dependence on smashing stuff as he searches for Master Emerald Shards. Dr. Eggman uses his Egg Walker to destroy GUN units and get from one place to another. Rouge's gameplay is more reliant on stealth, sneaking by spotlights and gliding over robot's heads as she performs an assignment for the President. Shadow is designed to be the distraction for Rouge's levels, as he not only uses his speed, but also guns, as he plays much like he did in Shadow the Hedgehog, but with minor tweaks, such as an advanced targeting system, more traction, and bit less of a tunnel vision effect.

Omega relies solely on destruction as he resumes his mission to destroy all of Eggman's robots to prove who is supreme. With flamethrowers, missile launchers, and machine guns, he's a walking arsenal. Metal Sonic's gameplay is much like Shadow's in Sonic Next, but with a greater sense of speed. Metal tears through robots with quick, Knux-like attacks and even uses a few projectiles once in a while.

Amy, on the other hand, acts as the game's slowest character, relying on her favored weapon, the Piko Piko Hammer, to get her out of sticky situations.

We return to the 16-Bit era for the Chaos Emeralds, as you have to find Special Stages and accomplish objectives to obtain the gems. This game also heralds the return of Super Sonic, Super Knuckles, and Super Tails as playable characters. Super Shadow is also available. Super Metal Sonic can be unlocked for both Story and Versus Mode in Events. Every character has a different way of fighting the Final Boss, and even have some bosses of their own. Not a branching storyline, but it'll be explained. After defeating the Story Mode for every character, there is a Hard Mode for Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, and Metal Sonic where obtaining the Chaos Emeralds upgrades them into the Super Emeralds, enabling Hyper forms of every character.

You still have to obtain them 7 times for every character though.

Graphics: Much like Sonic Next, except Eggman doesn't look so...real. Look at the Sonic Superstars Tennis trailer and you'll know what I want the graphics to look like.

Time to play: Not long, but the versus, Co-Op, and Event modes will keep you occupied for quite some time.

Invader I've got to hand it to ya

you reconized the weaknesses of the current series and realized that its got to return to its roots. Anyway enough ranting, the main issue in my opinon happens to be the story....
Sonic has been well lacking an orginal storyline for a bit (what I mean is do not do the typical save the world plot, but thats gonna be difficult)

Well, Sonic's all about saving the world. I mean, at least it's not as bad as other Sonic plotlines. Time travel, incomprehensible crap about Chaos Emeralds, etc. Sonic Adventure's storyline was fine in my opinion. Then they started using it for EVERY LITTLE GAME. Gawds.

And at least Eggman isn't betrayed in any way here.

I merely mentioned it, because they seem to recycle the plot....
Speaking of Sonic Adventure (the first), It seemed very well thought out
and excuse me If I upset anyone, but recently it seemes that some of the recent Sonic plots are well half baked

I was kinda of worried there when I skimed the story, thats all (first impression said, its was a recycled plot, so I kinda jumped off board before looking, if you get my meaning)

Yeah, I know what you mean. It's supposed to be familiar, yet new. And yes, having Metal kidnap Amy has been done before, but it's a storyline plot I find I enjoy thoroughly, especially when the shippy fanfiction is involved.

Rockband 2

Players: 1-4 online and offline

Story: RockBand is not known for story, but this changes it like GH3 did. You start out as a local band in any city The story changes based on where your home town is. You get bigger and bigger until you are the most well known RockBand ever. You also go though the hardships of a band, such as drugs, drinking and women. You band can split, so you have to chose another band to play in.

Game modes: Single Quick play, Single Career, Multiplayer Quick play, Multiplayer Career, Face-off, Old Skool Quick play, Old Skool Career, Online

Game modes in depth: Old Skool modes: Old Skool is you play as old bands (ie Guns 'n' Roses, Metallica, KISS ect.) You can only play songs by that band (ie You can't play November Rain if you Metallica because it's by Guns 'n' Roses) Old Skool Career is you play the band you chose history.

Add ons: Create a Character, Bassist single career, Downloadable songs, Old Skool bands, New Skool bands (ie The Killers, Fall out Boy, Foo Fighters), Citys, arenas, create a character additions

I have another game idea.
Dragon King
Plot: A thousand years ago a man defeated a dragon, he ate the heart,liver, tounge, and drank the dragons blood. Instead of gaining the powers of each distinct part he was transformed into a dragon huminoid. What happened was that the dragons organs regrew each time he cut it off and the blood was endless. He sent it to all over his countrySo everybody else could have the gifth. He became king and is still alive however he wishes to give his spot to a noble's son. So all the nobles sons were sent. He saw each of them and selected a few that would be sent to do diffrent teset and the winner would become king. You are one of thosse.

This is a game where you can create your own dragon.
The colors are
red
green
blue
black
white
pink
yellow
purple
brown

Game play: You have the abbility to transfom even more dragon like then even into a full dragon. You are not always taking test lots of time you are at the castle facilty where you are living during your time competing. However in some test you cant transform. Here is a list of the whole intire tests, the ones that have stars you cant transform
Obsticle course- an Island obsticle course that has traps and many enemy
the race- You race across the country*(however you already are in complete dragon form)
The torunament- The battle between other dragons for the cup.
the test- You have toawnser correct things about the king and the castle that you will lern before the test or discover about them. It will be multiple choice.*

New 3D Mario game

Play as Mario and unlock Luigi.

Plot: Mario is the one kidnapped by Bowser this time. He is locked away in Bowser's castle with some other Toads. Fortunately, Bowser also raided Peach's castle before his attack, and in the dungeon are the same paintings from Super Mario 64! But these lands don't always stand the test of time. Bob-omb Battlefield? No more pink bob-ombs and the Bob-omb king has returned, still the first boss of the game- but is undefeatable the first time around. Rainbow Ride? You warp to the exact same place, but... the entire course has fallen to the ground (good luck with surviving THAT fall). Mario must return each land to its former veneer and discover what happened to the land... and if Bowser had ANYTHING to do with it. (hint- He doesn't)
