Maybe, they've been around for quite awhile.
I have heard that Red Octane and Activision were thinking of doing another Guitar Hero with ever...
Nirvana - But they're contracted to Rock Band and the singers dead.....and all the remaining memebers joined the Foo Fighters.
Blue Oyster Cult - Could happen, but how many of you have heard "Don't Fear the Reaper" before you played Rock Band....didn't think so.
Megadeath - Too obscure, too new, they only have like three BIG hits and Aerosmith's got a gazzillion.

And Metallica has a ton as well.
Not too sure about Nirvana though, they don't seem to be as SUPER popular as Aerosmith or Linkin Park.
They're REALLY popular, just not SUPER popular.

Nirvana only got popular when the singer died, and the Foo Fighters have accomplished so much more then Nirvana did and the band is practiacally the same as Nirvana with the exclusion of the singer.
Metallica definitly could, and IS they're on their on the next one....but I'm talking after that.

Yeah, I know, which is why I didn't put their name in until then.
I didn't know about Nirvana until Weird Al did a parody of them. But I like both groups now!
