I doubt that Peram would say something like that, but even so I wouldn't put it past anyone to have thought that about someone at one point or time. Peram never got his way, he was the minority, I was the minority, WE....were the minority. Remember when Star was the minority? She quit, twice. You wouldn't understand, and I prefer that you lay off about Peram or I'll start getting a little angry. You say you were friends, what did that make me and him then? Hey, people take you seriously; go tell them to stop acting like morons and treat others with respect. "Oh you aren't doing that right now," and they were doing that just five mintues ago. Again, this bull because I'm in the majority? I do know what it's like to be in the minoirty, just because I don't know what it's like when it comes to things like.. this particular forum.. I haven't gotten my way on each and every issue. I lose certain ones, we all do... that doesn't mean anything.. what matters is that you just smile and just brush it off.. what the forum wants over what the indivdual wants right? That's the way it should be anyway.. that's the point of votes like this in the first place. It's also hypocritical for you to bash other people for defending their friend, to call people kiss asses, then get on Lloyd and yes, even Drake for doing these things. Also, this is growing quickly off topic.. all in all, I just want to say that if people seriously don't want me in the staff, I don't have a problem with stepping down.. but it stil stinks to have people so willing to kick me out even now.  I guess I just have that affect on people.. Though, how many more members are their to vote.. I'm confused... o.o |

Me? I voted Option 1. Yeah, I know.. lulz. To be honest, I didn' think my vote would make a differene, and I wanted to prove a point to myself.. or the staff.. ro something. So conflicting interests? No.. I voted to give myself the boot. Angel ish clean.

We, The STaff, have been hard at work these last few days trying to figure out how to stop all the turmoil and bring peace, happiness and progress to the site. And well.. we have so many ideas floating around that we need your help. Some want NO CHANGE whatsoever and think we can just work out the problems slowly and 1 to 1 basis.. others are looking to the past at a happier time in the forum, and some are looking to the future to add something that would be beneficial Here are the ideas. Please Vote as many as you think are good. 1. There was a time and place that this site was happy and wonderful. All the staff were respected and loved. We should return to that point a year ago. So we should re-do the staff to only have those staff members from a year ago, which would consist of Dobs, Big Boss, Ghost, Devaux, Steel and LGN no others 2. Members don't think they are being represented in staff correctly, so we should bring in those who would represent the members accurately, meaning KoD, Kunekune, Star, Sharpay, Lloyd, and Drake. 3. Rp/RP Staff has become an major issue of late. so we should just trash the entire RPG and start it from scratch. Get rid of all these new rules and organization and bring it back to the time of RP2 and RP3 when everyone was generally happy with it. Big Boss would head up this movement along with Cell since people are generally too unhappy with how it is run now. 4. The C-box never used to be the pain that is is now. We should just delete the c-box entirely from the site to stop all the fussing about it being locked and just the general shenanigans in it from perverted non-stop talks to rumor spreading and spamming. Just delete it! 5. Fusion - Find another website and fuse the two together. It'll add more people and new things to do. 6. martial Law - enforce stricter staff rights so they can ban for any reason ultimately. So spamming, flaming, talking derogatory to a staff, standing up to a staff, bugging, whining, bitching, talking perversely ... you can be banned for it 7. Abolish most of the rules - Have staff around to only handle things when they get completely out of hand. Let the members roam free and do whatever makes them happy. only minimal rules like... no racism and such. They say we are too strict with our rules and there very well may be too many so let's just get rid of a bunch of them. 8. DO NOTHING OF THE SORT the site is fine as it is we need to just work with the members to put aside our differences and create a safe haven for all. A happy place that we as staff and the members mold and create together. So, We Staff would like to know your opinion on these ideas. Vote for which ones you think are excellent ideas, tell us why bad ones are bad. and most importantly Give us some of your OWN ideas. Thank you P.S. if you have any personal concerns about the site or any of this and don't wish to post it publicly please contact Myself Heres my 2 cents, if you dont like oh well. 1) I voted for this because I liked it back then and as we all no I HATE CHANGE. Everything was taken care of, the very rare whiner would showup on ocassion, people didnt have anything to worry about. 2) as Dobs so finely put it F*CK NO. You all know as well as I do this will cause so much trouble. and people who know will tell you I'll be the first to complain. 3)This is just blasphame. Almost everyone here RP's so to even think of doing this would be retarded. 4) Hell no this is are only Real Time on the spot communication. PMs can take hours even days to get a response. 5) This is my second favorite idea. and the only problems I see are people not co-existing, and finding a place to fuse with. 6) As much as I trust the decisions of the staff, some of us have forged grudges and rivalries with a few of the staff. This could cause banning out of spite and banning with biased opinions. 7) The rules need to be here. A little less strict, Yes. Completely removed, No. 8) Something needs to be done lets face it. We are in a clusterfuck of a situation. If the wrong decision is made then we face an angry group of members. My Idea - do a combination of 1, 5, 7. We combine with another site make a new set of stern and fair rules that will be carried out by the Original Staff. |
