only middle ground i can think of is discussing new ideas for changes to the site in the form of rules, layout, activities etc in an area for the members and staff to both post and blah blah blah... once there are enough discussion... it will then be taken to the staff board for voting/additional discussion still kinda yuck
and yes alot of them have no say... but most of them take no initiative to PM someone about an idea.. post an idea....anything Only SLE and Twilight really do anything like that. and how often do we do something that they don't agree with as a majority??

It really is yuck, and we are already supposed to be doing that. We don't. Thanks for trying.. to be honest, I'm pretty much wishing there was someway we could make sure that the worst won't happen. That the immature people can just be ignored and the mature be rewarded. That we could be open, but being open isn't worth at the cost of people not being able to do their jobs. Enough Staff have voiced their dislike with this..  |
