All right this is a request of myself and probably others in the Art section of the boards:
Can we get a little criticism for our artwork? I find most people enter my threads and simply say "aww cool" and leave without a moment's hesitation, as if they can simply overlook all the problems in the picture and up their post count (not that anyone is doing the latter, but it's certainly possible). I want people who are good at spotting errors in composition, lighting, and perspective to at least take the time to help others improve rather than just ogling people's artwork.
Now granted I don't do this for others (in fact, I'm not sure if I've ever posted in another artist's board), but I'm willing to change my ways with the hope that you guys will also pitch in and help some of us improve. Trust me, although an artist may not like the criticism he/she receives, we thank you for it in the end because we know parts must be improved.
Oh, and don't just abuse the artists by telling them you suck and can't color and blah blah blah. So please, is it possible for you guys to help a little in our improvement?
