the computer turns on and off fine, battery is fine, i left it with Geek Squad at 45% power, plug in Mr. Charger and NOTHING happens. No power, no chargy, NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Now they ran a test to see how much charge was going through the AC adapter I.E. THE THINGY THAT MAKES THE BATTERY CHARGE!!! there was NO CHARGE AT ALL understand?
Thats not all!!! The person plugged in A DIFFERENT power thingy, IT DID NOTHING EITHER!!!!! No power, no charge, NOTHING. The battery is just freaking fine, it is something to do with BOTH where the AC Adapter PLUGS IN as well as THE POWER SUPPLY THINGY ITSELF!!!!
Now do you understand? i can always repeat myself again and get friustrated trying to explain something so damn simple.....

free is overpriced? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! )(the thing is free under warranty, it isn't costing me a penny)
and your not getting it either.... i said the adapter is dead, and the laptop will not charge even with a universal adapter. What am i saying that is so unclear?

What am i saying that is so unclear? lol I don't think you read the bubbles in the pic. some deal with replacing an AC adapter, some suggest placing the battery into another laptop to ensure that the battery is not at fault and that the AC adapter is the culprit. Besides, you said that the battery won't charge even with a universal adapter, but how do you know that the adapter is the one at fault? do you own the universal adapter? if not, then how could it also be defected if its situation and yours are mutually exclusive? if you tried placing the battery into another laptop of the same type and proven that it was the AC adapter's fault then i'm sorry for the confusion, but if not then my skepticism is not at fault and i'm sorry, i didn't know you had a warranty

If it really was the battery,m the adapter would have AT LEAST powered the computer if not charge it... also, the computer is only a little over a month old Its still brand new and running great. bubble chart # 1: no (it runs on battery) #2: no, unless 3-4 hours is too short #3: no, it never made any noise from the start, just got REALLY REALLY REALLY hot #4: what management? if you mean it loads right up, then yes it loads right up. Point is, it has nothing to do with the battery, and everything to do with both the laptop itself in some way, and the charger adapter. That chart doesn't apply to me in the least
