The new book "Max" of the series "Maximum Ride" is being released March 16. Not sure how many members on here are Maximum Ride fans.  |

I am, but somehow, I wish the series would end already. Oh, and I'm so pissed at the manga of it. They got my Angel right, but they got my Nudge SO wrong.  Racial stereotyping stinks. |

Cool. Yeah, I also do wish the series would end, but it is one of the few books I enjoy to read. I know I can't read the book right away, especially that I am not near a bookstore. What do you mean that Nudge is wrong?

They did her horribly wrong appearance wise. She looked nothing like the books described her as looking. Instead she looked like any stereotypical young dark skinned girl. When really, her whole character was sweet and adorable and totally transcended racial stereotype. She was my favorite, and the manga ruined her.
She was all around a fail.

Oh, I have never seen the manga of it. It could be that the manga author was like doing a movie; some details are different. But I do wish that everyone would follow the exact details and personalities as what the author wrote.
