Read this before voting (or at least the rules)...
SSBB has had Sonic from SEGA and Snake from Konami as guest characters, but the cast of Smash Bros. hasn't had a true mash-up with another property. Here are my reasons for choosing these options...
Nintendo Vs SEGA
We've seen Mario and Sonic duke it out in Brawl and the Olympics, now let's see what would happen if Nintendo and SEGA universes collide...
Possible Match-ups:
- Mario VS Sonic (duh!)
- Kirby VS Knights (since both are associated with dreams)
- Alex Kidd VS Mr. Game and Watch or R.O.B. (match-up of the WTF characters)
Nintendo VS Capcom
I think it would be unique in how the game mechanics from both Smash Bros. and Capcom's 2d Fighting system are mixed together. In addition, it would kind of make up for Megaman's absence in Brawl...Shinpu HADOKEN!
Possible Match-ups:
- Samus vs. Megaman
- Ryu vs Lucario
- Fox vs Chun Li (both have a multi-kick move)
- M. Bison vs Ganondorf
Nintendo VS MARVEL
This idea was brought up by some of my friends on Youtube. To be honest, I don't like this idea as much as the other ones, but I do have somewhat of an interest...
Possible Match-ups:
- Captain Falcon vs Captain America
- Iron Man vs Samus
- DK vs Hulk
- Spider-Man vs Mario
- Metal Mario vs Dr. Doom
Super Smash Bros. VS Jump Superstars
By far my most anticipated idea. Shonen Jump is a manga company in Japan. They are responsible for the publishing of such famous mangas as Dragonball, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Bobobo-Bobo-Bobo, and Death Note. For those who don't know, Jump Superstars was a fighting game for the DS, in very close similarity to Smash Bros.! This wouldn't be hard to pull off when it comes to developement...The only snag? The English localization of these mangas from Shonen Jump go to different companies (Viz Media, Funimation, etc.). And since the American distributors are as greedy as Wario, it would practically be impossible to localize the game in America without lawsuits (which means that Japan gets another kick*** game for themselves). Regardless, I think that this could be sweet! ^_^

- Ike vs Ichigo Kurosaki
- Luffy vs Wario
- Sheik vs Kakashi Hotake
- Rukia vs Metaknight
- Mario vs Naruto
