I've noticed that we have a pretty massive graphic critic community, but not everyone really draws. So I was thinking maybe we could have a Artistic Section... like, one section for fanmade pictures, one for screens, one for graphics.. were we could move the "Rate the Avatar Above You" and it's Signature counterpart.. and one section for just images in general, talking about.. art...
Sounds like a good idea to me.. make it more wide spread..

I know we have the Fan Art section, but it's limiting to pure things you've made yourself. I'm talking about evolving it to a full Art section.

Ummm.....this is important why? You could always just paste it somewhere in the art section, it seems a bit confusing and unesscary to me.
