Cell, from the dragon ball z budakai series. Does he count as a video game villian? He's from the DBZ manga/anime series, not from the video games... How is Captain Olimar a villain? He's one because he tortures native animals with his slave army of rainbow carrots. Then he sacrifices those native animals to make his army grow, I can't think of ANYTHING more evil. |
